  General Notes:

The Growalls and Ruggs come in through your grandmother Evanell Nicklow's
side.
Evanell and I are third cousins. Your great-great-great grandfather was
Daniel Growall, and he was married to Mary -, not Elizabeth Betsy. They are
buried in the Church of God Cemetery in Kingwood. Daniel's mother was
Elizabeth "Betsy" Rugg Growall, she was married to Peter Growall who was in
the Civil war and died from Typhoid fever at Fredericksburg, VA. Elizabeth's
father was Samuel Rugg Jr. His parents were Samuel and Priscilla, the latter
being the infamous witch of the hill, giving the area the name of
Hexebarger. I have the dates on a lot of these people if you are interested.

Peter married Elizabeth Betsy Rugg, daughter of Samuel Rugg Jr. and Unknown. (Elizabeth Betsy Rugg was born on 10 Mar 1824, died on 18 Nov 1902 and was buried in Mt. Zion, Lutheran Cemetary, Humbert, PA.)
